Glad We Selected PCC EHR and Delighted With Our PCC Experience

Our local physician's group organization partnered with e-Clinicalworks and we were one of seven offices at that time that decided not to purchase the suggested product. We were so happy with Partner and our PCC relationship that we knew if the PCC team was developing an EHR it would be nothing but the best, and would be 100% for pediatrics, which many EHRs on the market are not. We couldn't be happier with our decision.

The practices that selected e-Clinicalworks tell me that it has been a complete disaster. Everyone was so upset about the lack of quality training that the hospital finally had to hire a team to serve as trainers for the practices within the group. Also, I hear that the support is outsourced to India and the upgrades are expensive.

In contrast, our experience with PCC has been excellent. The doctors at the practice are very happy with the PCC EHR software. The nurses and medical assistants absolutely love it. Our initial installation and training was unbelievable -- the PCC staff practically lived at our office! Our support is local (USA based) and I am so impressed with the EDI department. They track everything and they're quick to let you know if something doesn't look correct. They are just so on top of it all! We get constant upgrades and training at no extra charge. And, whenever we want something new in the software, we call PCC. Each time we get an upgrade, we get new features that I recognize as items that were requested and on our wish list.

Beyond the software, my favorite thing about PCC is that the staff is so knowledgeable about everything pediatric offices need to know. If I read about something new like ARRA, EHR incentives, or new coding changes, and I call PCC, they've already heard about it, researched the subject completely, and have experts that can answer all my questions.

It was a little nerve-wracking to be one of the few offices that did not choose the suggested product, but our experience with PCC has shown that we were one of the lucky seven!
